What is a Card Processing Fee?

A card processing fee is applied to process transactions when you pay with a debit/credit card.

Processing Fee Breakdown:

The fee will vary depending on the card you use:

• 2.5% for credit cards issued in the United States (US)
• 3.5% for credit cards issued outside the United States (non-US)

✅ NO processing fee for sample orders, regardless of the payment method.

✅ NO processing fee for bank transfers (both US domestic and international).

Processing Fee Refunds:

1. The processing fee will be refunded in the following case(s):
   • Full Order Cancellation by Seller: If the seller (fabric supplier) is unable to fulfill your entire order, the processing fee will be refunded along with your order total.
     
     
2. The processing fee will NOT be refunded in the following case(s):
   • Partial Order Cancellation by Seller: If the seller (fabric supplier) is unable to fulfill some of your order and the remaining items are being processed, the processing fee will not be refunded.
   • Order Cancellation by Customer: If you choose to cancel your order, the processing fee will not be refunded.
