  • How do you support customs clearance?
    We will provide shipment-related documents for customs clearance. The required documents will be automatically sent to shipping couriers when your order ships. Payments

  • What currency can I use to pay?
    We only accept payments in USD (US Dollars) at this time.
  • I need to cancel my order. What do I do?
    Swatch Orders: We may be able to cancel your Swatch Order if it has not been shipped or is scheduled to be shipped. Fabric Orders: Fabric Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed. Our suppliers are immediately notified, and they will start cutting fabrics. Once the fabric is cut, it cannot be canceled.
