Problem with Payments

  • My payment is denied. What can I do?
    We are here to help! Please email us at support@swatchon.com with any inquiries regarding your fabric order. It would help if you could be specific about what your problem is and include a screenshot of the error as well. 
  • The website is not letting me click on the payment button.

Experiencing Error

  • I have a problem placing an order.
    Swatch Orders:  Do you have too many items (typically more than 100 items) in your Swatch order? Having too many Swatch samples in your Swatch order may cause problems.
