  • How do I change my account email address?
    1. Log in to your SwatchOn account using the ‘Account’ menu in the upper right corner. 2. On the Account page, you can edit your email.Account > Profile > Edit > Click 'Change' on Work Email  
  • How do I reset my password?
    You cannot change your password when you are logged in. Log-out first, and then reset your password here.   1. Type in your account email. 2. Click on Forgot your password?
