Can I choose the shipping options for my order?

You can choose the shipping preferences depending on your order type.

You cannot select or change the shipping options. All swatch books are shipped as follows:

Shipping Method: Air
Courier: Either UPS or DHL, whichever is less expensive for your shipping destination
Customs Duty Payment & Incoterms:
- For US Orders:
  - Incoterm: DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Customs duty will be included during checkout.
- For non-US Orders:
  - Pay through SwatchOn with the DDP: Prepay customs duties as a deposit. Your order will be processed under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all import taxes and fees are pre-paid with no additional customs charges upon delivery.
  - Self-Pay at Customs with the DAP: Pay customs duties directly to the shipping carrier. Your order will be shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place), and you'll be responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes to the shipping carrier.

You can select your preferred shipping method, courier, and customs duties payment options during checkout.

- Sea (Available only for orders exceeding $5,000. Click "Request Quote" in your cart for details.)
Courier:
- Air shipping: Choose between UPS and DHL.
- Sea shipping: Our sea freight forwarder will be assigned.
