Can I choose the shipping options for my order?

You can choose the shipping preferences depending on the order type.

 

Swatch Orders

All swatch books are shipped via DHL (Air shipping) with the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) term. You cannot select or change the shipping options.

 

Sample Orders

All sample orders are shipped using either DHL or UPS (Air shipping).

While you cannot select or change the shipping method, you may have the following options to handle customs duties during checkout, depending on your location:

  • Pay through SwatchOn: Prepay the customs duties as a deposit. By selecting this option, your order will be processed under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) term. This means that all import taxes and fees are pre-paid, and you will receive your package without additional customs charges.
  • Self-Pay at Customs: Pay the customs duties directly to the shipping carrier. With this option, your order will be shipped under the DAP (Delivered At Place) term, and you will be responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes directly to the shipping carrier.

 

Wholesale Orders

When placing a wholesale order, you can select your preferred shipping method, courier, and customs duties payment options during checkout.

 

Shipping Methods

  • Air Shipping: Available via DHL or UPS.
  • Sea Shipping: This option is available only for orders exceeding $5,000. To get a quote, please click the "Request Quote" button in your cart. We'll contact you with the details shortly.
