One of the biggest frustrations in ordering fabric online is that you cannot touch and feel the fabric in person first. 

Well, we solved that problem. 🙂

What are “swatches” and “swatch books” 

First off, “fabric sample” = "swatch” in SwatchOn lingo. When you request a swatch sample on our website, you get the swatch book, which includes the available colors in that particular fabric item. While we aim to include every color, some colors may not be in the swatch book.

How do Swatch orders work?

You can create your customized Swatch order filled with sample books of your choice. You can feel and test out fabric in person before you decide on yardage for sampling or production. Just click "Get Swatch" on any fabric QL page, and it will be added to your cart.

What size are swatches?

• Each swatch is generally approx. 10cm x 10cm (4x4 inches), but the size may vary.
  
   

How much is a Swatch Book?

• Swatch: The price for each swatch book is listed on the product page. You can order swatch books using Swatch Credits or by making a purchase.
• Shipping: A shipping fee of 3 Swatch Credits applies to each swatch order. The shipping fee can also be paid using Swatch Credits or by making a purchase.

What are Swatch Credits?

Swatch Credits are credits that can be used to order swatch books.

• You will be given Swatch Credits when you complete the sign-up process.
• You can earn additional credits by placing fabric orders.
• If you don’t have enough Swatch Credit, you can still place swatch orders by making a payment via debit/credit card.
  
   

How long does it take to get my Swatch Order?

• You can usually expect to receive your Swatch Order within 3-5 business days (depending on where you live).
