At SWATCHON, we believe fabric swatches should be accessible—especially for wholesale buyers, and also for retail customers. That’s why we offer fabric swatch samples through our Swatch Credit system.
Each swatch includes all available color variations of the fabric item, bundled together. On average, this includes around 15 colors per swatch.
Why We Use Swatch Credits
While we’re committed to offering this service for free, it does require significant resources. Our fabric suppliers generously provide swatch samples at no cost, in the hopes of future fabric orders. Their time and materials are valuable, and we want to make sure their efforts are respected and not wasted.
To keep the service sustainable, we use a Swatch Credit system. It allows us to:
- Offer swatches for free
- Ensure credits are provided to customers who are actively sourcing fabric
- Keep the service available to serious buyers without imposing direct fees
Earning Free Swatches
Swatch Credits are given:
- When you first sign up (for business accounts only)
- Automatically with wholesale fabric orders
Once you begin ordering wholesale quantities, you’ll receive enough Swatch Credits to continue requesting swatches freely—no need to worry about running out.
